Lemonade Day is a FREE, fun, experiential learning program that teaches kids how to start, own and operate their own business using a lemonade stand as well as fundamental lessons about life, success and themselves. It began in 2007 in Houston, Texas and is now in over 40 cities across the US & Canada. Over 120,000 kids participated in 2011.

Magazine Entrepreneur of the Year and a two-time “Inc. 500 Fastest Growing Company” winner, Michael grew Paranet in 6 years to 27 offices, 1600 employees and revenues in excess of $100 million and ultimately sold the company to Sprint in 1997. He founded Lemonade Day after helping his daughter, Lissa, run her lemonade stand and realizing what a valuable experience it was for both of them.
